Hindu Youth Australia is undertaking a number of initiatives nationally to bring various Hindu community youth groups across Australia together through a variety of events. The events will be held across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and will be educational, social and competitive, with a view to strengthening the identity of the modern generation of Hindu Australian youth. These events include: Australian Hindu Youth Conference 2012 to be held in Sydney National Hindu Youth Leadership Forum 2012 to be held in Melbourne Hindulympics Tri-State Sports Festival 2012 to be held in Brisbane and the Gold Coast World Hindu Youth Conference 2013 in Bali, Indonesia In addition we are planning for the following ideas, to give Hindu Australian youth a stronger identity and peer support group: Hindu Youth Dating Network Hindu Media Watch Mentoring and Networking for Young Hindu Professionals Young Hindu Women's Network Hindu Youth Political and Advocacy Group Hindu Youth Big Brothers and Big Sisters Hindu Sports Festival Young Hindu Social and Entertainment Groups There are a number of local events that will be held across all of our chapters.
